Scoiattolo flies to NY to tell its story at Summer Fancy Food

Scoiattolo at Summer Fancy Food: innovation, taste and all-Italian identity for every taste and market

With its participation in the Summer Fancy Food Show 2025, Scoiattolo was able to present and enhance some of its most innovative and distinctive proposals, designed to open up new opportunities in international markets.


Delicious and refined fillings like goat's cheese and caramelised onions, or burrata and lemon zest, but also carbonara or spicy are only a few of the delicious proposals. Among the protagonists, I Giganti, extraordinary ravioli with a patented shape in the dedicated industrial process, with fillings designed to enhance every single ingredient and the large amount of filling proposed, as well as the new image destined for markets and special sales channels, where the proposal in kg sizes and in display boxes has led to the study of new packaging with a strong visual impact on the shelf.


The company has in fact previewed its new visual identity for this type of market: a renewed packaging, with striking colours and decisive contrasts, which is inspired by Italian majolica and celebrates a great protagonist: a good dish of fresh pasta.


For over 40 years, in fact, Scoiattolo has been producing fresh filled pasta that is well-thought-out and tailor made, with craftsmanship and an innovative spirit, passionately dedicating itself to creating tailor-made products for markets around the world.
